RiP off... DON'T PAY THESE PEOPLE! DOESN'T WORK NO SUPPORT! NO REPLY TO SUPPORT REQUESTS FOR MONTHS I BOUGHT PAID PROGRAM GIFTBOX+ IT QUIT WORKING... I MADE MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT, THEN SENT COMPLAINTS ABOUT BEING IGNORED, THEN SET REQUESTS FOR A REFUND... THINKING ABOUT MAYBE STARTING A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT... THEY RIPPED US ALL OFF.

Stopped Working!!!! Been using it for several months and loved it, mainly for Farmville yet for the over a week now..........it won't even load. Botoholic won't start on Farmville anymore, keep getting the sand glass icon which indicates that it's loading but stays stuck on it for hours. I have purchased both the VIP package, along with everything that they offer and am now disappointed. They need to fix these issues Pronto, otherwise I'm just going to endorse someone else.

No Longer Works I only use this for two games. It does basic tasks on Farmville, but I can do the same things faster using the combine. It visits some low level neighbors, on occasion, but frequently will freeze and stop (of course, these are neighbors that don't play the game, so I have to still manually visit all my high level active neighbors.) Sometimes it won't visit any neighbors. For Frontierville, it won't do anything for you on your homestead and it seldom successfully visits neighbors. I've had a support request open for three months and have received NO reply. In the past, on other support requests, the standard response is to BLAME others. The Giftbox + Pro claims it receives gifts and accepts wall bonuses. It may read them, it doesn't accept them. I would not recommend that anyone spend money on this program.

farm master no longer works and hasnt since march 2012 whilst i have certainly benefited from a working version of farmmaster for my farmville game, it stopped working in march 2012 telling me it needed an update that botaholic were aware off and if i waited 2 hours it would be working. 5months later im still waiting for it to be fixed. the giftbox facility is great and i've not had any issues with that but im really dissappointed with farmaster. the game administrators have been notified several times by myself about the loss of the gaming master facility but nothing has been sorted.

Obsolete product... now useless. Product no longer works. when you go to accept requests, it does not find any. even if you have many, yet still has the gall to make you post a link to it on your profile.
