GBDreadful absolutely Dreadful. Dreadful absolutely Dreadful. They send texts messages about £10 match bonus etc. Then when I went into the empty slot den, and show the manager the text he says no l, I'm like but it's valid it's within date. Note to self if the dump is empty it's perhaps because it's totally a dirty Scam Hole. And after reading another review on here in regards to manager suggestion of playing another game whilst on a winning streak and then losing everything after the manager suggestion of a better game. It's a total con, I felt something is wrong with this company lose lose lose, then head to bookies and win £900 on £20 into machine. Merkur are scammers

PLCustomer service is shocking As with other reviews on here avoid! Customer service is shocking on all levels, if you report poor customer service dont expect management to care and just let it continue. Staff are rude and always on their phones or you find them hiding in the toilets using their phone! it is mad! However even upper management dont care about this. Avoid the Bedfordshire branch.

GBAwful site Won £240 off a bonus which was in my bank instantly only reason it’s not 1 star but the rest is so bang average it’s pathetic, 75% of sessions fail regardless of any upping/lowing the stake tactics. And then the 25% that are successful pay 30/50x bonuses without fail. Like without fail. There’s a 1% chance you might win big but took me over £200 to realise it.

My account is still closed verification is supposed to take 72 hours took 9 days for them to tell me they needed another proof of address sent again 13 days later no response emailed everyday no reply no live chat absolutely nothing .
