GBWaiting, verification, out of stock?! Their website says a CD key should be dispatched within 2 hours. It was around 4 hours before I even got an email asking for verification, rather than my CD key. After providing verification, they told me they were out of stock and would be in stock tomorrow. Why didn't it say they were out of stock on the website? I think customer support lied, so they wouldn't have to do their job. Either way, when a customer buys something, you provide them with the item. This is ridiculous. Never using them again and you shouldn't either; there are far faster and ethical companies out there.

GBFeel like ive been scammed. Used paypal and bought one key and the purchase went through fine, thinking nothing ill decided to buy a few more. Now they demand to see a passport or driving licence which is just ludicrous! Customer support claim they request ID always on first purchase which is a complete lie since first purchase went fine (even without an account haha). Now i have no keys and they took the money already (if my paypal was suspicious on your system why in the seven hells did you take the money?). Since customer support were unwiling to help i disputed with paypal and will escalate to a claim if things are not sorted. Think twice before you order from this site and have to send your passport and drivers licence photos to strangers (yeah i know you can blur out details but this is still ridiculous and unsafe, who knows how they could abuse it).

GBProduct not delivered, dishonest pricing So for starters, their pricing is dishonest. Most stores list their final price, Gaming Dragons is not one of those, there's an unlisted transaction fee you'll only see when you go to checkout. Ordered product, listed as in stock with their 5 minutes to 2 hours promise. Two hours later? Nothing. The following morning there's a Paypal email notifying me of a refund without a word of explanation. The only reason I'm rating two star rather than one is that I didn't have to go chasing the refund myself like so many others apparently have.

DENot recommended I ordered a game and paid via PayPal. After some minutes i got an email from gaming dragons that they want a copy of my id card or driving license. I use PayPal a lot with many different online shops and nobody ever asked for such a thing. This is absolutely unacceptable and NOT customer friendly. I canceled my order because I am not willing to send a copy of my id card to them just to buy a game. Also the shop's website can be displayed in german, but the TOS and after sales communication is in english only, unacceptable, too. I will never buy there again.
