DuelCash Games has to be the best… DuelCash Games has to be the best online gaming site I have ever played, they have many competitions, rebates, very generous tips, the chat room is fun and exciting, there are nice people to meet and the staff at DuelCash are very nice people and very helpful. All the time I give them 5 stars in over a year. I haven't had any problems, thank you DuelCash for the great opportunity!

CAnnot get winnings The games are fun, but getting money or winnings is impossible. Have over £1200 sitting in withdrawals, done the verification and nothing. Email daily and get stand answer from Frederico, seems to be "dealing with it". After xmas will take legal proceedings against them and report only way forward

They are scammers They are scammers. They may pay out very small withdrawals, but as soon as you win big and try to withdraw, they claim you have to be vetted by the fraud department. After numerous months of promising me I would receive my winnings 'within a few days', they finally sent a fraction of it, promising to send the rest soon, which they never did. Most of the time the customer support answers messages with the same copy-paste replies that clearly show they don't bother to read your text. Occasionally, I would receive an 'excuse' like claiming they are understaffed temporarily so there will be a delay. It's all BS. They strung me along for ONE AND A HALF YEARS, occasionally showing promise when I'd periodically (every few weeks or months) send messages. Then they had the fraud department contact me and demand documentation as well as for me to take a video of me playing the BINGO game in which I won over $500, and requiring me to reach a minimum high score they set. JUst asking that is ridiculous, but then every time I tried to do it, I'd get a bingo card in which such a high score is not possible. Total manipulators. For months I kept quiet, then tried again...just to have them either ignore messages (for weeks) or send stupid repeat copy paste replies. Yesterday, I sent them a message after they did not reply to numerous previous ones, saying simply: YOU ARE CRIMINALS and should be ashamed. When I tried to sign in today to see if they replied, I found they had terminated my account, claiming 'user fraud' with no explanation of what fraud I was being accused of. Don't give them money. Don't waste time appealing for winnings. The games are fun but only if you don't play with cash. Fortunately, I did not put much money into the site. They sent me only $115 of the over $800 they had owed me. (It's so long ago, I can't recall the exact number but I believe it was like 878)

I wish I had checked this website… I wish I had checked this website before I deposited my money. I cashed out my winnings months ago and I'm done waiting. These crooks need to be sued but obviously nothing will come of it since they're in another country!

If I could give 0 stars then oh boy I… If I could give 0 stars then oh boy I WOULD!!! THEY NEVER PAY OUT ANYONE! I’ve been waiting 4 months and still nothing. Just the “it’ll be sent within the next few business days” BS. And guess what? They removed PayPal as a withdrawal method now, with no notice to their users who already have pending withdrawals to their PayPal! It’s a complete JOKE of a SCAM! Their support is NOT 24/7, they DONT PAY.. STAY AWAY! It blows my mind they are still able to operate and promote their site everywhere. Terrible service, disgusting company and awful people! No way around it! I got all the evidence to support my specific case as well. Including evidence of them going against their own terms of service agreement!!,.. OH and if they comment on here saying “my account was banned for cheating or being unfair” it’s even more BS cause I only played bingo… I WOULD LOVE to hear how someone can cheat on a game when this site is the one that generates the numbers and columns for my bingo games !! LOL
