The games a fun time waster and there is some discrepancy between F2P and P2W but that's not the reason for the 1 star review. They just recently released patch 1.4.0 and had offical patch notes posted on their webpage as well as a notification in game. However certain users like myself don't have all that is promised in this patch but once support is contacted they give a canned report saying the patch notes were wrong and it is only a test feature for certain users. They're dishonestly promoting their game and causing a bigger discrepancy in their playerbase with giving all users who share one server different benefits arbitrarily.
