GBHappy customer - Professionals in providing corp filings I’ve used them in the past for numerous Delaware fillings which was timely. I purchased two LLC's complete formation in Nevada on 6/9/2023 and 6/13/2023. Be aware that the normal Nevada filing can take months, it would be nice to have this disclosed before purchasing this option. The option to go with is 24 hour filing and pay the extra fees. With that said I had purchased the slower option and a month in I was frustrated and left a negative review. I was reached out to by John the CEO and he made things right. My LLC's were upgraded to 24 hours rush and the next day my LLC's were formed. Incnow covered the cost of the expedited filing to make me a happy customer. I'm pleased with the result and would recommend Incnow in filing your next LLC.

AEThe Best! Don't go anywhere else... Highly recommended! I'm not a US citizen and needed to create two Delaware LLCs, with multiple owners (mix of corporate and personal owners). I'd spoken already to another service-provider but suspected I'd got poor advice so telephoned IncNow to discuss. They answered all my questions quickly and managed to get the two LLCs created within 24 hours or so. The other provider had told me (1) it would be 6 weeks for a Delaware LLC; (2) I'd first need to apply to IRS for SSNs for the private individuals; and (3) that I'd need to pay extra for a Delaware virtual office address. All incorrect... Based on my experience, I would only ever use IncNow for Delaware incorporations. Thanks to Grant and the team at IncNow and the person I spoke to originally on the phone (whose name I didn't get) - a very happy client!

GBNicely done..I have used Incnow.com to incorporate… I have used Incnow.com to incorporate three(3) separate Corporations recently. They have been exceedingly professional and have sent all needed Documents, IRS EiN numbers, State Registration numbers( if required) and Operating Agreements - all within a few days. It is my feelings that - Incnow.com is a good and solid starting base for any form of Corporate creation. H.D.G
