While many competitors offered similar paintings, this one stood out because it included customization and plexglass (I asked them for it and they are okay as long as we are willing to pay), providing UV protection, which made me quite happy. The oak frame I selected not only looks durable but also exudes an expensive feel. The mounting, with its white border between the picture and frame, is fantastic. The packaging was superb, and the delivery arrived earlier than expected. Although Bergen Creative used UPS for the delivery, which isn't the worst company, I would have preferred a courier like DPD. However, that's my only minor complaint. Overall, I am extremely impressed and will definitely order from them again.
