Painting not realistic oil I was told when I called about the artwork I purchased that it would have a rough texture and look like oil paint was on the canvas. I opened it today and it is perfectly smooth and looks like just a copy. I'm really disappointed since I told the person I spoke with that I wouldn't buy it if it didn't look like a real oil painting with the thickness of the paint. He assured me several times that that's what it would look like. Even your authenticity card that came with the painting States oil paint on canvas and it definitely doesn't look that way!

The service was great and I got my… The service was great and I got my painting very quickly. However, I object to being forced to choose a magazine (even if it is free). It is only free until the subscription expires and then I will be charged for the next year or pushed into buying another year subscription. That is annoying and there should be a way to opt out of that.
