GBNo Customer Service I accidentally ordered the wrong… I accidentally ordered the wrong picture. When I got it and realized the mistake, I immediately started trying to contact the company. I wanted to return the wrong picture and order the correct picture. I tried multiple ways to get a response from the company and never did. I paid money for something I won't use (I will donate it) and don't get to have what I wanted to buy. Customer service did not exist for me with this company. It's a shame because I'd like to give my business to small businesses but trust is a real issue.

GBBest Heartfelt Item To Give a Grieving Pet Owner I recently had to put my dog down in February this year, and as I was scrolling through Facebook I found the advertisement for your company with a picture of the blanket that I purchased. It is so beautiful and touched my heart! When I received it in the mail and opened it, I was overcome with emotion! The image of my dog "Poncho" could not have been more perfect! I look at it every day. The words printed on it sum up exactly how I believe that my baby would be telling me! Thank you!

GBI was very pleased with the product- a… I was very pleased with the product- a wrapped canvas wall art that was not personalized. However, there was a miscommunication and I received two of the same thing when I only ordered one. There was never any communication via email about a second order. Imagine my surprise when not one, but two were delivered. I have submitted all the required information to ask for permission to return one of the products. It has been a week and I have heard nothing. Could you please look into this matter and expedite a decision. Thank you very much.
