The owner or one of the employees totally understood and was super nice to me refunded my card and was totally a gentleman about the situation which making him friendly and expedient.

They will even customize a bracelet for someone like me who has a small wrist and can't find a turquoise bracelet that fits. I only recently discovered this store, but it's definitely one I like going to a lot!
