John was excellent to work with and I was worried our timeline for the event would be too tight given we we were working around the holidays for an early January event. It was a pleasure connecting with John on the phone about any questions and details; the end product was beautiful. The event raised over $1 million and the title sponsor was happy to see their logo going up on the back of every bid paddle as money was raised! A win for everyone.

customer service and communication with… customer service and communication with John was great. they didn't have enough material to make the ones I wanted, so I had to pick a different option they gave me and all were more expensive of course. Would have been nice if they offered a price match or discount since i didn't know until after i had already placed the order.

The paddles were exactly as described… The paddles were exactly as described and good quality. They were perfect for our shelter's fundraising event. We were nervous at first about them arriving on time, but they got to us a few days before our event, we were very grateful for the speediness! The website was a little difficult to navigate, but communication via email with the company was exceptional.
