I purchased a back/knee pack at the… I purchased a back/knee pack at the Photography Show in Birmingham. This is an excellent product. My only regret is not purchasing more packs for all the family.

I had a problem with a back and knee… I had a problem with a back and knee pack that my Son bought me for Christmas, emailed customer service and straight away they responded and said they would send me another one. However after 2 weeks when it didnt arrived I emailed them again and Eddie apologised and sent me a another one plus a free gift no questions asked even thought dpd sent them proof of delivery. Two days later dpd found and delivered the original one. I cannot recommend Clix Therapy products enough and their customer service is excellent.

I absolutely love this product. I absolutely love this product. The back warmer and hands warmer. I suffer dreadful back ache neck ache and also get really bad period pains too. I’ve been looking everywhere for something that works but found nothing, until I came across this amazing product. I use it all the time during the time of the month and in the cold weather when it affects my back. Best buy ever. Also a huge thank you to the lovely Mr Manuel Schueter who had a stall up at the NEC Birmingham for the demonstrations and just how lovely he was in general. He really took the time for each individual and made me feel very at ease. Top bloke. Thanx again Manuel and it was a pleasure to have met you.

Misleading and false sales tactics Misleading and false sales tactics. Bought at the Boston Marathon expo. Salesman never went over the ridiculous process of reactivating the product by having to boil it. So dumb. He also said you put them in the freezer to cool but the product insert says do not freeze. Have submitted two requests for a refund via their online form but haven’t gotten a response. I will be submitting complaints with the expo, BAA and others.

Beware- very scammy company and salespeople lie Salespeople at the booth lied about these products, they do not last any longer than 15-20 minutes and take just as long to boil and reset them. They sold us a pack of hand warmers with only 3 inside instead of 4. Told us the price was $70 for two and then charged $74 plus a convenience fee and then the salesperson asked for a tip!!!! Customer service takes a long time to reply- then they have you fill out a long refund form that won’t load properly and then emails you to accuse you of ordering extra products. They then flat out denied a refund though the sales person will tell you it’s a 30 day money back guarantee. Awful and I feel ashamed I got scammed like this- save yourself and do not buy this product.
