GBGood, but... I ordered a few plants and they all arrived healthy, except for the salvinia minima which was all brown and only a few looked like they could survive. Other than that Aquariumplants.com is excellent

GBBeyond rude and disrespectful to… Beyond rude and disrespectful to customers. This is an ongoing issue with AquariumPlants.com Look at their customer complaints on the Better Business Bureau. They keep getting the same response from customers who they made mistakes with orders and they respond with nasty messages and hate towards customers. They’re not professional and don’t care about customers. I never received any tracking information on my live plants shipment. I have to know when the plants are delivered so I can get them out of the cold so they don’t freeze. Not asking much to expect them to provide shipping info. I paid for shipping that comes with tracking. But they don’t want to understand that they’re in the wrong and attack me. I have a valid complaint against them with the BBB go see the response they sent me on the BBB site to understand how unprofessional they are

GBReally impressed, would absolutely order again!! I inquired if the plants I wanted were in stock and rec'd an almost immediate reply that they were. My order was shipped really, really quick and the plants arrived in beautiful condition. Now it's up to me to keep them going :)

GBI was refunded on some plants I was refunded on some plants, that got in the cross hairs of cancellation, it did work in my favor ... thank you! I will surely be careful moving forward bless you!
