Very Reliable Service This was my first time using ECCS for an autograph send in. This is always a little bit scary when your item is already quite valuable. A REPEAT & Happy Customer Very rarely do I leave 2 reviews, but this company DESERVES IT! I placed a second order, with specific quotes I wanted on the photo so long as the celebrity was willing. I'm blown away by not only their attention to detail, but how quickly they send things back. Other autograph services take 6-8 weeks for them to send my items back. East Coast Collectors ships your in a week. WOW>

ECCS' customer service is second to… ECCS' customer service is second to none. I ran into an issue where the USPS temporarily lost my package, which wasn't found until after the cut off date for a signing. Chris went so far as to ask what cards I had sent and pulled from his own collection. I have never experienced a level of customer service like this. ECCS has a customer for life.
