Great Cinema at Rio Washingtonian Lake On visit's to DC for business meetings I would often take in a movie after a day of meetings and the AMC DINE-IN Rio Cinemas 18 was in the same complex as my hotel. The cinema's were clean comfortable and relaxing. The seats are amazing and wish we had AMC's in Canada for this alone. Eating is good in the theater as well as a selection of restaurants around it.

Being able to watch 3 movies EVERY WEEK is great (not that we utilize all of them,) but if a movie is fantastic in 'Dolby', or 'Prime,' we'll sometimes watch again in 3D. They have the best theaters, great staff, the movie theater popcorn is amazing, and we love supporting an over 100 year old American company! Usually I don’t post reviews but today… Usually I don’t post reviews but today I hope everybody working at my local amc gets a raise. Literally the nicest night out my family and I have had in a while. Not the cheapest but not Uber expensive by any means either. 5 of us spent about $100 total but we also played in the arcade after the movie was over.

I and my family absolutely and… I and my family absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at our local AMC theatre. We just kicked back on our loungers and enjoyed our delicious chicken dippers along with our perfectly poped popcorn.

Their customer service is a joke, it’s like there’s none Their customer service is a joke, and it sucks to say because I love amc. But recently I bought a ticket to the wrong theatre by mistake and I only bought it 20 minutes before because I’m only 10 minutes from the theatre. Went to go watch the movie and they said, “hey man wrong movie, nothing we can do” I said that’s fine I’ll do the refund. Then it gets to customer service, there’s no number or live agent, I just fill out a form and hope they get back to me I guess, but that doesn’t happen. They just email me a form asking how their customer service is? I think I’m just gonna warn people about this on twitter to be careful cause that’s one of two way to reach out to amc apparently.
