GBEnd of a Great Company Used to be a great company, but now they have been swallowed up by Gamelink and no longer offer the extensive range of dvds they used to offer, a real shame as they used to be the only company I would trust with my money RIP Filthyadult

GBTHE BEST! Ive been a customer for several years now and have had nothing but excellent service from this company. I wish other companies offered the kind service that these people do! They will go out of their way if you want to order something thats not listed and they always reply very quickly and honestly to any messages you send them. The choice is good and often they have DVDs way ahead of their competitors. Orders arrive quickly. Only once has an order gone astray and it was due to order getting lost in the post. Within minutes of me sending an email to say my order had not arrived I had a message from the company to say a replacement was being sent and an apology (it wasnt even their fault!). Over the years this company keeps providing the very best customer service. You can order with confidence and everything they do is done with the customer in mind. I have nothing but praise for filthyadultdvd.com and wish other companies would take note!! Just recently I spent ages looking for two DVDs I wanted and could only get them from the US at a very high price. I was worried about the high cost of postage and also the problems that customs could have posed so I contacted Filthyadultdvd and PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! As always, they went out of their way with a special request. Thank you very very much for an always briiliant service!

GBStill Great I disagree with the previous review. I am also a long-standing user of this company and also had qualms. However, I have found them to have a huge selection, great prices and fast delivery. It seems their deliveries come from Europe rather than the 'States and are every bit as quick as they used to be when they were a completely UK based site. I had a problem with a disc recently and their customer service sorted it out for me very quickly and painlessly; yes, they're now part of the Gamelink empire, but it looks like that is a good thing. I'm still a happy customer.

GBGreat service! Nowadays finding a company that provides a great customer service can often be hit and miss. This is especially important for online retailers where their very nature demands something over and above what bricks-and-mortar companies give. My own experiences with FA are top-notch: 1. Stock depth. Back catalogue and new releases are second to none. 2. Deliveries. Almost always arrive in the timescales defined by FA, in excellent condition and with discreet packaging. 3. Staff contact. Any queries and issues have been responded to very quickly and I always get a sense they're willing to work with, and bend over backwards, for me. Impressive. 4. Faults/issues/mistakes. I've had very few issues with FA, ranging from (assumed) lost deliveries, one mistaken item and damaged stock. Each time, FA's customer service dept. responded extremely quickly and replaced the items in question very speedily. With the mistaken item (Julia Ann DVD instead of a Lisa Ann one), I suggested a solution and they not only agreed but they gave me more than I was expecting by way of an apology! Even more impressed. 5. Most important, I love the fact that FA is run by people who seem to enjoy what they do, enjoy the product they sell and respect their customers and are totally committed to making their site number one of this type. Summing up, FA are and will remain my one stop shop until further notice. Highly Recommended.
