Part arrived much faster than expected Customer service rep took the time to cross part numbers for me even with such a small purchase. I placed the order at 4:55 pm and had the part the next morning! Incredible!

Sales / Service did great Sales / Service staff dug into our failed PTO very quickly, quoted us a new unit after determining it was beyond saving, and could have had it in our hands from the States in only a few days. Was very impressed. The sale never ended up going through, as the pump OEM that used this PTO system ended up having 4x spares on the shelf I could get at a better inter-company rate, but I'll for sure be back if we need any other repairs or sales to these units in the future.

Followed through to get us the right parts Wrong parts were sent. Sent new ones at their cost and next day air. Very helpful and return calls and emails
