Important I just wanna say I’m speechless. The company took me by suprise. I ordered a sweater with a custom design. The sweater came in different than what was requested. I contacted embroly and they didn’t hesitate to fix the situation asap!. Great service and great quality. Hoodie came within 4-5 days an I couldn’t be happier !! Not a single time did I feel like I was in the hands of the wrong people. 10/10 recommend.

Ah-mazing Quality and Customer Service I absolutely love my hoodie with my dog Snickers embroidered on the middle of the chest. I looks just like him. They were extremely accommodating when they sent me the embroidery proof, made all the requested changes, and allowed me to change the color of the hoodie when I changed my mind. I highly recommend them.

Amazing quality and customer service! I accidentally selected the wrong color but because of embroly’s great service by showing me a preview of the item before they made it I was able to easily correct it with no hassle! The quality of the product was also great and it came just as advertised. The colors were spot on, the hoodie was thick, and the embroidery was very good quality. I have already recommended the website to a few friends and would definitely use it again!
