Shopping at Fitzula's I was searching for decorative gnomes for all the holidays and found them at Fitzula's Gift Shop. Care was taken in shipping the merchandise I ordered. My order was fulfilled quickly. I am satisfied.

Nice item, poor packing. The stuffed unicorn I ordered was as described and lovely. However, it was literally folded into a box nearly half its size. This item is supposed to stand on its own. Folding it into a small box caused a crease in one of the legs and bent the flowers sewn on the body. Luckily I have a few weeks before my granddaughter’s birthday so I can press down the flowers and keep the leg straight. In the future I hope whoever does the packing finds a box more in line with the product. Especially when someone is paying over $75 for a stuffed animal. I’m giving 4 stars because the item is lovely and placing and tracking the order was easy.
