Impressive Customer Service I placed an order and paid for 3-5 work day shipping. After three business days my order was still showing as not shipped. I reached out to the company via email at 7:30am, and at 6:30pm had not received a response, so I used their automated chat on the website and was told my order number wasn’t found. I got a bit frustrated and called the number on the website at about 7pm. I immediately received a text message from someone that very quickly tracked down my order, found the likely problem, and offered a solution in shipping a replacement free of charge. I was impressed by the timeliness of the customer service, and very pleased that their phone number is posted right at the top of their website in plain view. I work in a position where I receive countless emails and it’s impossible to stay on top of them, so I’m not holding it against them that I didn’t get a response to the email. I also should have probably tried the phone number first anyway, considering they have it clearly advertised. I suppose the only thing I would have liked to see done differently was an offer to refund the additional shipping cost I paid to get it faster, but it wasn’t enough to knock their review down in stars. I received my order two days later and the chip is stunning. I will very likely order from this company again!
