4 light setting wands-great Wands came much faster than expected even with standard shipping. And yes each wand has 4 light settings. I give these to my grandchildren as gifts. I also give them to newly married couples-so all their wishes come true.

Disappointed Only giving a 3 rating because I ordered 8 flashing necklaces for 8 guests at a party but one didn't work. I didn't open and active necklaces until guests arrived for party thinking they would only last for the evening. For the price I expected all necklaces to work. Other than that, the other necklaces are still working, great quality and delivered as expected.
