Paid on line for my order top & dress… Paid on line for my order top & dress to be told a few days later dress no longer available in colour I ordered . I chose another colour , item arrived but note to say top will follow later after 10 days still no sign of top so emailed to which I received refund as no longer available. Overall disappointing

I bought 2 Padstow scarves I bought 2 Padstow scarves. Quality and design great. However the colour of the green scarf was disappointing and did not reflect the colour on the website ( pale green when I expected a darker more pine green colour)

…A delightful shop Friendly and helpful and not overly expensive. Accepted my return without a quibble and reimbursed instead of a credit. Small private businesses normally just give a credit note.

I hate shopping with a passion so finding Aurina was a real joy - a really interesting selection of clothing at surprisingly affordable prices, plus the gently helpful service from the lovely owner (so much more so than the lack of warmth from the lady manning the shop a few days before - sorry!).
