Not worth it Lack of communication and transparency. Took much longer to have the dress shipped. Will not be purchasing anything again and would not recommend. 3 stars because the dress did end up being the one I ordered and I was given a small discount for the inconvenience. Definitely not worth the headache. There are better options.

Loved every step of the process Loved every step of the process. I got my dress customised and received a lot of help from my personal consultant about the sizing and measurements. The dress was finished earlier than expected and came in protective packaging. The dress is beautiful, well made, and made from high quality fabrics. Everyone loved it.

Trustworthy business with affordable yet beautiful options! I was nervous to order my wedding dress online but I couldn’t find the perfect option in person so I took a chance… I am so glad I did! The team at Olivia Bottega were super helpful and responsive through the entire process. I even requested a detachable skirt so I could have two dresses in one, and it came out just like I imagined! The fit was pretty darn perfect too. I only had to alter the shoulders a smidge, and that was out of my personal preference, although it would have been fine without the alterations.

Horrible experience Horrible experience, they sent me the wrong dress one week before my wedding date. And when I returned my dress they ignored my phone calls refusing to give me back my money. I didn’t get my money back until months later after I called from another phone number demanding my refund back. Don't give them your business, not professional at all.
