A work of art!👍😁 The whole process of uploading the photo and ordering was simple. The time from ordering to delivery was super fast! The heart shaped 3D engraving of our beloved dog who is no longer with us was absolutely beautiful! I got it for my wife for Valentine’s Day. It brought a tear to her eye when she opened it as it brought back the memory of her best friend. Your artists do exquisite work and the piece is flawless. Even the packaging was awesome. Fantastic Job!!! Totally Pleased!!!! They did an awesome job. One of the photos I used was a diagonal position but it still came out great on the Crystal shape that I chose. The price was great. I got two small crystals for the price of one large crystal. Packaging and delivery were great too. My package came in the time anticipated and was enclosed in a nice box.
