I totally loved making a book for my… I totally loved making a book for my mom from my daughter for mother's day, but when I was entering payment, after the book was already saved in my basket, I needed to change cards and hit the back button and it totally deleted the book and I have tostart all over from scratch and I had written a poem and had to try to remember it all again...not a happy camper....this should definitely be fixed. I almost didn't redo the book and order it because I was so upset.

I made a mistake I messed up the hair on the book I ordered, and the problem was solved so quickly. It was solved in a day and the people emailing me were very kind, and it was a very easy fix on my end. I also think the fact that the book is going to get here before Mothers Day is really great too.
