I was emailed from the company when they were concerned about the quality of my picture that I submitted which shows that they care about the final product they send out. It did take a little longer than I thought that it would but it was WELL WORTH the wait for such a personalized piece. I don't normally don't highly recommend any company but from my experience with them, I will for SURE order again from them and refer them to my family and friends. Completely satisfied overall!

Great gift to cherish a memorable occasion I made this as a gift for a friend who lost his mother. They are a music family and I wanted to give them something special that would stand the test of time and be something to cherish. The music looks like an album and it can be read for the meaning of the song, and the background has the dark look of a record but the music notes can be seen on it too. It was perfect for the occasion.
