Awesome product! Great product! My design came out amazing! After a few emails with a customer service rep we were able to get a proof of what I was looking for. The only reason why I gave it a four star, unexpected name on PayPal when making payment brought me concern that the company was not legitimate. However, the product is amazing.

Final sale Ordered a tee and received it about 2 weeks later. Was not satisfied with the material and reached out to send it back. After a month of trying to get in touch to see if they will take it back for a refund they finally declined because of “sanitation” reasons. So don’t expect refunds for any reason unless you can prove they sent you the wrong item.

I ordered 2 items 3 months ago and still nothing I ordered 3 products months back and some how they got lost in transport. Took me awhile to get any response from Pamotee and instead of putting a rush on my order they just offered me a discount on another item if I were to order. Here we are three months in and paid the bill in full when I ordered way back when and still haven't received a new tracking number or no updates on my two items.

Excellent personalized steel cut wall decor I was very pleased with my steel cut-out wall decor. Item was of drummer playing drums, steel cut with black powder coating. I like that it was personalized to reflect the name of the person to whom I was gifting it. Order was received in the time frame as promised. Very pleased overall. Will order again from this company.
