Misleading website photos The image on the website is grossly different than the product received. When I reached out to customer support, they did send a replacement, which was the same, if not worse, than the original. The image on the website shows flowers appearing depressed into the mug. While I understand that this is an "effect", the mug(s) I received have a very dark background which takes away from the effect and simply looks like a baked on rectangle. The mug is embarrassingly sloppy and very misleading. The images used on the website should match the product sent, which they do not. Very disappointing experience and I can only recommend to steer clear as the Pawfect House.com mug shown on their website is nothing like the mug you will receive.

No thanks The item we were sold was not what the photo and video footage of our selected mug was. The images were of a sweet, flower embossed mug. The mug that arrived had a horrible image printing of 3D flowers, so poorly done it is not fit for a gift for Granny for Mother’s Day. And not cheap. We contacted the business for a refund and received no response. The pretty mugs continue to be marketed online!

I have ordered several times I have ordered several times. I love Pawfecthouse's products. I have never been disappointed in anything I have ordered. Everything is made with love and care. The only thing I would change, if I could, is if the items could arrive quicker. Like they say, the best things take time. I can live with the items arriving later than other things I order, because what you get is beyond your expectations. Keep the good work up Pawfecthouse ❤️

Super Soft The gift cam in a timely manner and was very soft and seems to be good quality. I purchased this gift for my daughter who is expecting for mother's day so I do not have any idea how it is going to hold up yet I did miss judge the size but that was my fault not yours
