It is of high quality and definitely very soft ,durable and beautiful. The customer service has been very responsive and respectful in informing and updating us with the progress of the shipment. The blanket is beautiful and my… The blanket is beautiful and my daughter really loves it. It’s encouraged her through these health issues that I pray we figure it out sooner. I can always be with her because I’m a working single mom so I wanted to make sure she always knew I was there and love her but more importantly God will take care of her and love her even more than I could. This is 2nd review. This is 2nd review. My first order , which was a blanket for my daughter who moved away, had misspelled words. They apologized more than once and sent me a free replacement with all the correct spelling. For the blanket itself it is very soft and well done. I can only give 3 stars because of the very big mistake in the first place. Customer service was pretty good via email.

Paid for a blanket for my daughter's… Paid for a blanket for my daughter's graduation and never received the blanket. Contacted customer support never received a replacement or refund. Literally just took my money. What a scam
