Yey! Just received this and I can say it was worth the wait! Had ordered a while ago but with all the strikes and the traffic during Christmas they actually did a very good job. The design is exactly as previewed and my boyfriend loved it! Highly recommended. As it takes some times you might want to order a bit ahead if it is a present. Customer service has been professional and friendly as well. Stars

great customer service and product They were very helpful and had really good communication with me. Even though it took days to eventually place an order with them they were patient and it arrived earlier than I had thought. Overall the experience of getting to pick the colors and style went great. I’ll definitely go back and order more things from this site. They even have a Facebook that they responded right away or under a day.

My order was more then perfect My order was more then perfect. My husband & brother loved their dart shirts that we had to order more. The polo shirt fabric is nice & comfortable. Highly recommend ordering, and I loved that I could personalize their shirts w/their names.

Great Product Could have been better if... Could have been better 'process explained', we found it hard to see what we could get and couldn't get access too at each payment option. We put our 5 Frenchies on ours, but the colour options didn't all match really, we went with the closest option, for 2 of our dogs. Should consider adding spots on/off, or muzzle colour change/ eye patches on /off? It took a while to arrive, due to Royal Mail Strike, but it is FABULOUS. 🤩😍. I'd re-order again, in a heartbeat m, if I could 100 % change all the text and colour match with my dogs better.

I am extremely happy with it I am extremely happy with it. I didn’t think it would arrive before Christmas but it did. The ornament is beautiful. Easily customisable and the only one I could find that I could personalise it the way I wanted. We absolutely love it! Definitely buying again!
