Incredible products and customer Service !!! I can't say enough about how fantastic these products are and what exceptional customer service this company has !!! The Shoes are fantastic quality and the staff are very accommodating. I would absolutely buy again from this Company and if I could give them more than a 5 star rating I would !!

Ordered almost 2 months ago… Ordered almost 2 months ago and still have not received. Not one single answer to my emails inquiring either. I am excited to get the product and my son will be thrilled, but customer service, response time and shipping have been not great.

I didn't receive my order before… I didn't receive my order before Christmas when it stated it was shipped on December 8th (that's when the USPS label was printed). The description stated comforter but the package was the size of a large envelope which it ended up being a comforter cover, very disappointing!! I have requested a return but first they want me to send a picture of my return. Wouldn't they know what was ordered and sent to me? Of all the online shopping I did for Christmas, this was the only thing that didn't arrive on time. I will not be ordering from them again and hopefully will not have a problem returning it.

Pleased So far, everything seems to be up to par. The mock image looked perfect and I hope it makes my sister and brother-in-law's 25th wedding anniversary that much more special when they see it.
