GBHappy Experience Had some questions about deliveries which had been delayed by weather in Jan. My call was answered and actually connected to a human within 30 sec, kind of a record in today's business world. April found my account (even though I didn't have much info since my subscription had been a gift) quickly and answered all my questions cheerfully and professionally. Nice job, April!

GBHUNTER WAS GREAT!! Multiple years and gifts for others and myself. Every time, Amazing Clubs have gone above and beyond my expectations. My last interaction was with Hunter which went fantastic. An announcement for a gift purchased in November for a March birthday present had been misplaced. Not only did Hunter provide a new one but he added a wonderful message and sent it directly to the birthday person instead of me so I would have had to resend. Great company and wonderful service from Hunter.

GBI was worried... I was worried my gifts weren't delivered to my kids. I simple called customer service and the representative, Arlethe, answered all my question and reassured me the gifts were on their way. Great customer service. I will recommend them to everyone.
