Superb cut for true steak lovers Are you a steak lover, or what? This is the real deal. I took the risk following a recent promotion to indulge in a nice steak, and I think Chicago Steak Company changed my life. The concentration of flavor from the dry aging process is hard to describe. Prepared using the reverse seat method, my tomahawk ribeye was cooked to temp via sous vide then seared on a charcoal grill for flavor. These steaks are the real deal. One tomahawk steak was plenty for two people… and paired with a 23 year old Napa cab… (*chef’s kiss*). And briefly on shipping and customer service. Shipping is quick and nicely packaged in a styrofoam box with lots of dry ice to preserve the goods. Sadly, one of my vacuum sealed bags had a hole in it, compromising the quality; within a day of reaching out to Chicago Steak Company, a replacement was on its way. Can’t say enough about the positive experience with the company and product. What are you waiting for?

A fantastic gift or treat for yourself! We have sent these steaks to others, and they always loved it. So somebody returned the favor! Fantastic. The steaks were Chicago steakhouse quality (and we know because we live in Chicago). What floored us were the steak seasonings and the baked potato casserole. DELICIOUS!! We can't wait to try the burgers. Our highest endorsement.

Good selection and quality makes for a great gift! I was impressed with the variety and quality of products available from Chicago Steak Company. I received it as a gift and didn't have to pay extra money on top in order to put together a decent order - seems like you have to with any other gourmet delivery service but not Chicago Steak! Boneless ribeyes were thick and tasty. The filets and steak burgers appear to be of similar quality so I'm looking forward to trying them as well. All in all, Chicago Steak Company is both a solid value and makes for an excellent gift.

A very straight forward experience A very straight forward experience! The products came quickly and good tracking information. Amazing 1lb Angus Ribeyes (enough for two meals). The bourbon pepper sirloins are amazing..please try them. Great experience! Will purchase again soon.

The order was received on time to Florida and with plenty of ice. The order was received on time and even though delivered to Florida had more than enough ice that was still hard when we opened the box. We have ordered from Chicago Steak many times and have sent many gifts and we have always been pleased with the quality of the steaks and burgers. I have ordered from all of the competitors but always come back to Chicago Steak.
