Never Disappointed Never Disappointed. Far better quality than retail grocery meat products. Steaks are outstanding and the hot dogs are always a big favorite with guests. Can't wait for grilling season! And the shipping with packing tape has never been a problem.

Absolutely wonderful! Packaging was great, everything was frozen solid, although I wish you would not use styrofoam containers as they are hard to dispose of. I received my replacement order of… I received my replacement order of Tomahawk Steaks and Creme Brulee. I was disappointed that there were no instructions on how to prepare the creme brulee and that I had to work so hard to get an answer. I tried to find it on the Chicago Steak Co site, tried Googling, reached out via Facebook. I finally got my answer after calling the customer service line.
