Nice selection of custom cup designs! Pros: We were looking for a custom cup (party favor) for a 50th Bday bash and really liked the bold design of "The BIG FIVE-0" reusable cup. Our 16 oz. cups arrived as ordered with custom print on front and back (even with unusual lettering ie. Živili (Cheers). Tippy Toad was in regular contact to make sure our "proof" was approved before printing as we'd requested. It made for a perfect beer pour and held their color after a run through the dishwasher. It's a nice stackable cup which is why we chose it over a wine cup. Cons: None, great service!

Personalized stadium cups and neoprene can coolers I have ordered 3 times with Tippy Toad. Two times for personalized stadium cups and 1 time for personalized neoprene (can coolers) koozies. They were all exactly how I ordered them. Cute designs and customization options. I asked for proofs and got them fast and the orders always end up arriving earlier than expected. They have good communication with the proof process and answer questions quickly. The prices are better than Etsy prices for similar products. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had to check with them a few days before expected delivery as I had not heard anything from them but once I checked in and they found there was an issue with production they worked hard to get the correction done and they still delivered the product before our event it was just one day later than expected. We will plan to use them again as they were very courteous and helpful and again the product was perfect.
