Great customer service!! Sadly I did not receive the item I hard ordered, otherwise this could have been a 5 star. However I give 4 stars for customer service. I placed the order and I received email confirmation of the order and the process of the shipment. For some reason the post office had misplaced the order and I never got the item. When I inquired on the status, I was immediately refunded the entire amount and issued a sincere apology. I would not hesitate to order again, just hope the post office gets it figured out.

Incredible response to a return Our shipment arrived quickly but unfortunately was too large. When I called to return I was treated with incredible courtesy. We ordered a smaller size.
