GBThey will take the money out without a… They will take the money out without a reminder email that you are renewing! I have had many different subscription boxes and all will send a reminder email before renewal especially quarterly boxes. The most expensive box doesn't do that is unacceptable. Most of the items I received in the winter box were nice, the headphones are great. However the first sneak peek for the spring box I have no interest in and don't want.

MXBreo Box is the reason I subscribe to subscription boxes! I have been a subscriber since the second box. While I have not loved every item, I have found a discovery in every box. The items that were not for me have always made a great gift for friends and family. The customer service is responsive to any questions or issues. I subscribe to several subscription boxes and this is definitely one of my favorites. Would not hesitate to recommend.

GBThe boxes are fun surprises The boxes are fun surprises. Only a few are items I keep the rest are great gifts! My packaging has been varied from over the top excellent to box broken not sure if anything is missing. Customer service was difficult to reach so I didn’t complain. Communication advising packages shipped etc where cool to be on the look out. I love random surprise packages.

GBbest subscription box experience EVER I followed reviews of Breo since inception. I couldn’t believe the quality, it almost seemed too good to be true. Each box had at least two/three items I knew I’d put to use immediately which more than made up the cost of the entire box. I took the gamble and 4 boxes later, I have not been disappointed. The rest of the items have made unique, quality gifts.

GBVery Disappointed! My husband opened his first Breo box at Christmas. These are not tech items but gadgets. We bought the subscription thinking he would receive fun tech things but he has no use for any of the items. After reaching out to customer service repeatedly we still haven’t been able to cancel his subscription and are no clearer on how to do so despite numerous emails back and forth. And they are not taking phone calls, so that is not an option (although we continue to try). I am completely disappointed in the terrible customer service, especially for the price of the boxes. I feel we were misled about the product and are being given the run around by customer service.
