Worth every penny! To be completely transparent, my initial experience with this company wasn't positive due to an extremely unprofessional customer service rep (which is why I deducted 1 star) but the end result and overall experience was great (and the previous customer service rep was apparently let go so future customers shouldn't have to deal with him)! This company does offer a personalized song that is perfect for any occasion. You answer a few questions about your occasion, love story, recipient, etc. and the artist will work their magic to create a song for you. You are able to listen to a 60 second preview before you purchase (which other companies don't offer currently) so you can see if the song is what you want. I did have some trouble with a part of the song that was after the preview (so after I purchased the song I was able to hear it) and reached out to the customer service to discuss the issue. The error was fixed perfectly and quickly. I also had the slideshow done with the song which added that extra emotional WOW factor. The recipient of the song was overcome with emotions to the song/slideshow and to me that was worth every penny. This is a newer company and I am sure as they grow they will only get better but this is definitely a company we will use in the future for those memorable gifts.
