The shipping time was confusing AND… The shipping time was confusing AND disappointing. Because it was not clear when the cookies would actually be delivered, the BIRTHDAY gift arrived three days AFTER the intended celebration. To make matters worse, as we tracked the package (going from Dorchester, MA to Cohasset, MA -- and 11.75 mile distance) we were flabbergasted to learn, as we tracked it on its journey, that it was travelling by way of NH and Maine! What???? Really poor communication.

Perfect as usual! Heather and team always go above and beyond to make sure the order is right. We are longtime customers and the cookies are consistently delicious, but the service takes the experience to the next level. There was a glitch on the website when I ordered, and Heather reached out and personally made sure I got exactly what I wanted, when I wanted. And the cookies are perfect. Soft but fully cooked, flavorful, and just the right size. Top Shelf is our favorite place to get cookies and I don't see that ever changing.

Another home run and hat-trick An exceptional product that serves as a reflection of those who produce them. I recently ordered a birthday pack for my sister that she was most pleasantly surprised by, all the more-so when I told her she need not have to share them :-). Heather and her crew are good humans who work very, very hard to deliver comfort and joy via a mix of flour, sugar, water, and chocolate. Honestly, they're the best cookies around.
