Polite and professional Some time after I placed my order, an unmarked delivery of two facemasks, arrived at my home, but they were not what I had ordered from Weddingstar. I contacted Weddingstar to seek an explanation, thinking that they had confused the order. They were in contact with me within half a day, politely explaining that my order was still in transit, so the masks I had received must be a separate transaction with another form. Sure, enough, I found that my wife had independently placed an order, and the Weddingstar masks arrived, exactly as ordered, the very next day.

All aspects of the service were well… All aspects of the service were well done. My only complaint would be that it was not explicit to me during the ordering process that my order was not going to be dispatched from with Australia (where I ordered from).

Cute Christmas bonbonnière Very happy with turnaround and the products. They’re perfect for what I want them for and the little card although meant to be for a wedding was perfect for a Christmas bonbonnière. The little wreath picture with personalized writing worked out well.

Smaller than I expected I was surprised that the fit was a little smaller than I expected. However it does fit. My daughter is 9, the disposable masks were way too big so these are great to cover her face properly. I did have to take off the rubber adjusters to make the fit possible. I feel like an in-between size would be a good idea.
