Very pleased with my purchases! The items that I ordered from The Knot Shop have all arrived quickly and were as described while also being at a great price. The monogrammed bridal party robes are lovely! They are a much better quality than ones I have seen on other sites for the same price. The cocktail napkins that I purchased for the wedding and engagement party were just what we were looking for and came within a week. I have no complaints whatsoever with the items I purchased from The Knot Shop and will be using them again.

Poor Printing Quality and Customer Service They told me they would send me an email with proof. Did not. The entire order showed up in terrible quality. Refuse to admit they were wrong or compensate me. Specifically the custom playing cards
