Never shop here, if you do, you will get insulted by the customer care representatives or that "RUDE CONTROLLER" This is the worst place you will ever shop at. Customer care representatives yell at customers because they cannot own their mistakes. I received a broken mug and I was asked to contact this controller lady who yelled at me "I HAVE NO TIME AND ENERGY..blah blah" and hung up on me. I don't even know why they are running a company when they cannot keep one in place.

Happy I was going to listen to all the negative reviews the first time I purchased from them, and it took a little longer to receive the three pants I bought, but never the less, I was happy when they arrived. I bought pants a second time, and this time, it arrived in 3 days. It was heavenly. Thank you.
