One of the best Customer Experience I've had Totally waited until the last second to think about my groomsmens gifts. Chris and the team helped me out with expediting my order and everything arrived comfortably in a tight window. What's more is the product I ordered (duffle bags) were impressively high quality for the cost. To the point, a month after the wedding I'm still getting text from the groomsmen about how great the bags are. Just a great customer experience.

Very Helpful Team - Wonderful Customer Service! Due to the nature of my company's work, we had a very complicated order. The Man Registry was very helpful every step of the way! They helped me get a customized logo on their duffel bags, answered many questions, sent pictures to help visualize differences, and were always very quick to reply to emails. Excellent Customer Service I used The Man Registry for the first time recently and was very surprised and pleased. The customer service was excellent. I had ordered leather weekender duffle bags for the groomsmen and was happy with the gifts, but decided (at the last minute) to add the dopp (toiletry) bags. I contacted The Man Registry customer service and asked if it was possible to rush the order (within 3 days), embroid the initials and get them to me, they did!
