They have no authority to sell them anymore than I do! And they're not even associated with any scientific site that is! They're not even recognized by anyone who actually is in the scientific community and names the stars. Just another con.

I am very pleased with the certificate… I am very pleased with the certificate and star chart. I did have a problem with my items not showing up on time and sent an email regarding the issue. My email was answered within hours and they corrected the issue promptly and to my full satisfaction. Several emails were sent back and forth and always answered promptly and professionally. Would order again and recommend to others.

SCAM WEBSITE. COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. THEY SAY THAT THEY OFFER TRACK AND TRACE BUT THEY DO NOT. I ORDERED STAR, NEVER RECEIVED ANY DISPATCH INFORMATION AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THAT MY "NATIONAL POSTAGE HANDLER DOESN'T OFFER TRACK AND TRACE". LIARS. YOU DIDN'T POST THE PARCEL IN ITALY - YOU HAD TO POST IT IN THE USA WHICH OFFERS TRACK AND TRACE. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF SENDING ANYTHING. THEY SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, SET YOUR "TRACKING" INFORMATION TO "IN TRANSIT" THEN CHANGE IT TO "DELIVERED". NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I'VE REPORTED THEM TO THE FBI'S INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTRE (IC3).

I would have caught it immediately if they provided an itemized receipt in the purchase confirmation, which they don’t. When I noticed the over charge on my bank statement and contacted them about it, they claimed I selected it and there’s nothing they can do about it. I’ll be reporting the charges as fraud to my bank and reporting them to the BBB.
