Charged "twice" No issue with product, took issue with THEIR mistake not corrected. I "thought" I ordered the item at "full" price, BUT, the following day, GEARLIT notified me that the item was "still" in the cart, and if ordered, I'd receive a discount. In fact, at the "full" price, the initial order WAS put-through, so essentially, compelled to purchase the same item twice ! The mistake was THEIRS but they refused to acknowledge such nor reimburse me for the double charge/purchase. NOT good business acumen and will NOT do business with them again. I rarely have an issue with any vendor. When such occurs, there has always been a suitable resolution and write 5-star reviews most often.

Very disappointed!!!! I just received my flashlight and put 4 new batteries in it and it does nothing. I text support and it says to check back later. Support is currently unavailable. I bought this flashlight for a camping trip I'm going on in 2 weeks.I'm so upset I'm not getting any response.

I ordered my package almost a month ago… I ordered my package almost a month ago and still haven't gotten it. It's been sitting in a sorting facility for 7 days now, hasn't moved. Contacted the site and they stated the delay was Covid related?? I was charged for something I didn't even order that had to be refunded. Needless to say IF I do get my package I will never order from GearLit again.

Was told the shipment would be here… Was told the shipment would be here March 4th, then March 6th, then March 8th, then March 10th then 11th. This is March 13th and I am still waiting. The gift was for a wedding which is now over and I was hoping I would receive it before they returned from their honeymoon which is tomorrow. I know delivery is slow but this is ridiculous. I have had to watch each day to be sure the porch pirates don't get it first.

I ordered two ornaments I ordered two ornaments. The graphics turned out great. One of the ornaments has an orange background that just kind of washes out the other colors of the ornament. I would not choose the orange background again but I would order again from this vendor because the ornaments are a nice quality and nice product.
