FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE 👏 I was absolutely impressed with the level of customer service vistastars gives to their customers! I ordered a canvas showing "where we started", they emailed me the image to approve and I asked if they could make some minor changes...move the heart off center and increase the font size of the city nearby... and they had no problem with my request, sent me images to approve and got it PERFECT!!!!! My wife was exceedingly happy with this present for her (us). This company is worth your patronage.

Dog Memorial Canvas Dog Memorial Canvas was perfect I would recommend these folks 100%, the picture was smaller then I expected but was perfect for where I will place it for all to see. Every time I read the message I tear up remembering my Ginger's last breath she took on the 8th of April.

Updated review. They actually came through I had a HUGE issue with my order, and what seemed to be a dance-around with excuses instead of actual customer service, changed completely. I initially left a bad review, but I am recanting, because I now, feel like a valued customer, and will be receiving the level of service I and everyone else expect when shelling out some coin for a custom product. Thank yoh VistaStars for making things right. I could quite possibly even return and a repeat customer.

A+ Customer Service Joey and David were so extremely helpful and patient with us as we couldn’t make up our minds on photo placement. They made suggestions based on our own personal desires, and we finally went with their original design. Definitely recommend!

If I could put a zero I would I placed… If I could put a zero I would I placed my order 2/3/22 it's the f****** 12th no number to call only emails they never respond I wish I could vista star one of their face I wouldn't order anything from their even if it was free bad business I would set in jail for 90 days about this sh..I just feel like they playing with people time in money not just me everybody for the customers that feel how I feel I hope I said everything you wanted to say or didn't say f..k Vista stars for the poor communication about my sh.. forget a email I need to talk to you bi..... direct# sue me for slandering or defamation if I wasn't so tired I would leave another review...
