Amazing company/products This company have been amazing from the start. Very good service with the details on website and customisation. Had an issue with the delivery company Evri (not positive prints fault at all) where they didn’t deliver to address and then wouldn’t retry a delivery. Was emailing them back and forth and they did everything they could to contact Evri to find out what was happening with package so they could get it resent to me. After no luck they had arranged to have a new one made up for me and sent out with a different courier which has arrived. The actual piece itself is amazing and can’t fault it. Overall would recommend this company as they have been fantastic and their customer service/support went above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service! My husband ordered a print for our anniversary and unfortunately it arrived with a small crack in the plexiglass. It took me about a month to reach out, but they responded quickly and had another frame/glass sent out immediately. I actually had thought the original product had glass in it and when they sent plexiglass in its place I was confused. So once again I emailed them and they responded back quickly and were ready to investigate the issue. It turned out the original was actually plexiglass and just looked like glass! So I fixed my frame and I am super please with my product as well as their customer service!

Absolutely beautiful Absolutely beautiful! The team kept in contact throughout the process to help with even the smallest of details to make this so special. I will definitely order again. 10/10 for service and 10/10 for item as it looks better than I ever expected! So happy with the outcome and grateful to be assisted by such lovely staff!

Not impressed Not impressed. Paid $160 Aus as an anniversary gift for my wife. The whole thing is poor quality. Much lower resolution than expected, the paper was thin office paper, the frame was cheap ply, and flimsy Ill fitting Perspex sheet over the top. For the price I was expecting much more. Perhaps they just spend all their money on advertising and not the actual product. I feel a little scammed.
