I ordered some engraved champagne… I ordered some engraved champagne glasses to commemorate a girlfriends' trip to Paris in early December, but didn't put a "rush" on the order because I knew it would be a busy time of year for personalized gifts. To my surprise they were delivered in time for me to wrap them for Christmas, and they are beautiful! The engraving is lovely and the glasses are very nice quality. I highly recommend ordering from Quality Glass, they are helpful, prompt, accurate, and provide great service. Personalized gifts are the best!

Zero Customer Service! Ordered 2 wine glasses on April 15th. No proof came. Several calls later I finally get a human (as opposed to the standard answering machine!) Promised a proof within 30 minutes. 5 days later I still have nothing. So 28 days in to this debacle I cannot tell you about their quality but assure you their customer service is truly bottom of the barrel. I now face re-scheduling the ceremony and having to find a vendor with a level of integrity! Please do not reward these people with your business
