One of the worst customer service if… One of the worst customer service if you are not in India. Their response time is more than a week and they never deliver on time. I was an FNP customer but due to bad experience came to IGP but these all big companies are the same. It's better to go with Amazon or smaller companies. NEVER EVER IGP.

Service review I aman old customer of IGP & very satisfied with their services. It has a variety of item/occasion selections. It's easy to go through the process. I feel that more offers & discounts should be there for old customers.payment terms need to be made easy.

Exceptional It was a pleasure to order from IGP for any special occasions, it’ll never disappoint. I would like to special thank my deliver representative, Rahman for delivering the items at different location then mentioned and he arrived at mention time. Just one suggestion - Please include small candles when someone orders a cake 😉
