Great Item, Lousy Shipping This is the third time that I have ordered from Gecko. The first two items (shirts) are great quality and were delivered very quickly with no problems. The current item (metal sign) was a different story. The item is still the same great quality that the previous items displayed, but the shipping was a disaster. When I received the shipping notice, the item sat for 7 days and never moved and I received no tracking information. When I finally contacted Gecko, I got the tracking info a couple of days later. They seem to have used a different carrier for this item, and they did a lousy job. The item quality is great, but they need to dump this shipping company. Otherwise it would have easily been 5 stars.

I ordered 9 pairs of pajamas with our 2… I ordered 9 pairs of pajamas with our 2 French Bulldogs pictures on them. The finished product came out looking great, better than I anticipated. They look great and we’re a big hit. As well, these are comfortable pajamas. Lastly, the pajamas arrived about a week earlier than anticipated, and made it in time for Christmas. Thank you!

Extremely Disappointed: Zero Stars. I am utterly disappointed with my experience purchasing from GeckoCustom. I ordered a T-shirt for my boyfriend's birthday, eagerly anticipating its arrival. However, to my dismay, the shirt never showed up. Not only did I not receive the product I paid for, but when I reached out for a refund, I was met with sheer frustration. Instead of promptly addressing the issue, I was offered a so-called solution: pay an additional 40% to have a replacement sent. This is not only poor customer service but also a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Consider this a warning to anyone considering purchasing from GeckiCustom save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Great company very quick response when I had a question regarding my order. The shirt arrived and was exactly what I expected. It was supposed to be a Father's Day gift for my husband, however I couldn't wait. He absolutely loves it!

I had an awesome experience! I had an awesome experience with GeckoCustom. I ordered a Hawaiian style shirt for my son. It included an image of his cat. It was so fun to choose all of the colors for the shirt, and it was easy to upload the photo of the cat. They sent me a proof before they made the shirt and it looked great. It took about 2 1/2 weeks for the shirt to arrive. Surprisingly, it looked even better in person! I'm happy to recommend GeckoCustom.
