GBI would give ZERO stars if I could. I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company offers same day delivery. I ordered and paid for before 1:00 pm service. Not only did that not happen, they sent a text to the recipient spoiling the surprise! When I called, they said it would be handled. It wasn't and now it is delayed another day. Doesn't matter that the person retiring's last day was today. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

GBThank you for making my last-minute order a priority… I needed to place a last-minute order for a funeral. I ordered late the night before and requested the plant be delivered first a.m. My daughter said the plant arrived before the funeral service and was beautiful! The plant was vibrant and healthy. Thank you, Sunny Flower!

CAGood Lord Do Not Use This Site Good Lord Do Not Use This Site! Ordered flowers and paid for expedited service. (Please note that there is an area specifically for expedited claims). I got a text at noon to verify the address?? Which I could plainly see on the order. Talked to a rep and they said “all was good, it was out for delivery/in transit. Called at 2:40 and they called me back. Sorry, we have no supply left in your area….. we can deliver it in 2 days though. A refund will take 6 days to process. This is a middle man scam that takes and holds some money from orders. Don’t do it!

GBFlowers were beautiful as described Flowers were beautiful as described. However, when I confirmed the order I had not been made aware of shipping fee and handling fee so it ended up being a lot more expensive than I had intended ! Also, the delivery date changed AFTER I had paid for the order.
